Feels like a bootfile problem.
Try burning windows recovery environment to a disk, and Startup Recovery.

Note that you can burn the recovery media to a flashdrive, but you need to catch the iso with a program like TotalMounter and then burn a bootable usb with Rufus, Unetbootin or Universal Media Creator(Older name YUMI, still can be googled this way)
Also note that you can burn this disk from another windows 7 but you need to have the exact versions, such as Windows 7 Professional SP1 64 bit English, and you can use a windows setup media for the same effect.
