Built a computer and here are the specs you need to know
i5 4690k
gigabyte ga-z97-hd3 lga 1150 mobo
evga 500w psu 80+
8gb kingston ram
graphics card and other components im leaving out as they are not needed to just post. the computer will turn on, every fan including CPU fan will spin for about 3 seconds or so and then it will slowly just turn off. Then 3 seconds later it will power back on without the need of any human to press the button (loop). It will do this until I unplug it or turn off the PSU. So far, I have returned a motherboard (it was a different one as it was my original thought since it was a used one), and we got the new one which ive listed and it did the same thing. So we returned the CPU now and got a brand new one since it was an amazon warehouse one as well. We are testing it today, but before hand, is there anything else I need to be aware of that could be causing this such as cmos, psu, or other things? Everything else is factory new. So literally this build should have 0 problems. Thanks!
