I tried to start up my pc and it just stopped working, there is no video output, everything is running and all the fans are spinning. I have tested the GPU and it works and the CPU is good. The only possible things that could've caused it is the memory or motherboard. If anyone knows how to reset an msi 970 gaming am3+ I could try that. Moving the jumpers and taking the CMOS battery out has had no affect on it. All wires are connected properly.

Solution
If you take out the memory and turn it on, it should beep out error codes, maybe it doesn't have a speaker hooked up. What PC parts do you have installed?

There is no way of reading any errors on them msi 970 gaming and I have tried different PCI slots and different graphics cards and neither work.

I do not have a speaker installed and my specs are:
Amd fx 6300, 8gb (2x4) ram, msi 970 gaming am3+, evga supernova nex 750w, and an amd XFX r9 280. OKAY I just rebuilt it outside of the case on the mobo box and it didn't work so I thought, screw it and took out the CMOS battery WHILE ITS ON and rebooted and it worked somehow, this is pretty stupid.
