Computer not starting

When ever I turn on my acer aspire am3910-e2552 it shows the acer logo then a black screen. After this nothing works.

Try pressing escape or f2 during boot to get into BIOS. Then set d2d recovery to enabled. Save then exit. press and hold alt and tap f10 try and do I again if it doesn't work. It will take you to keyboard setup, select English or whatever works for you, then continue to windows, not system recovery. If it does it again you can try system recovery.

i tried that but when i press esc it shows the BIOS and then scrolls down and goes back to black screen

Sounds like either a cooling or battery issue. Have you opened it up and cleaned it out? Also, you can try to remove the battery and plug it in and see if that works.

Wait, nm I see this is a desktop. Try cleaning it still if you haven't but there could be other issues going on from motherboard to psu to video output.

i;ve already cleaned it any other fixes?

What led up to this? were you having any other issues? have you installed any new OS's lately (windows 10) did it do this from a cold boot for the first time or from a reboot?

I was using it normally when all of a sudden it froze and said something about having to reboot i did and this happened i was sstill using windows 7

It's hard to determine whether or not this is a hardware issue. Does the computer seem like it's running when the black screen appears? Have you attempted to boot into safe mode by repeatedly tapping f8 when booting? If you can start this way, I suggest doing so, then going into device manager and updating your video driver then right click and uninstall. Then look for the specific video driver for your model from Acer's website. Another thing to check, is if you have more than one ram stick installed, to remove one or test it in either slot or test the other in either slot.
