Computer Not Working Please Help

I built a computer with a few parts i had laying around last night. It worked fine i was able to use google and i went to bed and its only been 12 hours and now its not working... I have tried 5 power supplies, tons of ram and i am just so confused why it would go bad in just 12 hours.... can someone please help me? I am a very good tech but i sometimes need help.

That tell us exactly nothing. help us help you by give us some detail, like the system spec include make and model.

Some more info would be helpful, Is it powering on? Is it posting? Can you get to bios? If its not turning on, Does it make any noise? If it is see if there is a speaker on the motherboard it'll beep a code that can be helpful.

No it isnt powering on, wont go to bios and no sound... last night as i was building it i had bad ram in and it beeped so i know there is a speaker but no, it wont beep the fan on the power supply's that i have used wont spin the heat sink wont spin and the back fan.... and the ram i am using is ddr 512mb i am using 350w PS but i have used different ones like i used a 145w, 250w etc.... thanks again!

ok im sure you are smart enough that its plugged in and the power is on on the back of the PSU, So i would say first plug something else into that outlet see if it works to make sure the breaker did'nt trip.
I would check 2 things
1. Make sure no screws or anything is between the MB and case it can short it out , I've seen it happen
2. check all the PSU connectors make sure they didnt come undone
3. check the power/reset button wires see if they came undone and are correct this would certainly cause it not to come on

Still nothing. Its all plugged in and i have even tried using it in my living room and another outlet in my bedroom..... I guess thats the end of this PC...

Well you could use a PSU that you know works. If it works on this PC then the old PSU is bad.

I know for a fact my 350w PS works I can plug it in other computers and it works fine but not in this one.... also i only know of 1 PS that is bad the rest i have r from working computers and work for other mothertboards.... so i just am confused how it would go bad when off all night long besides power surge but i had my gaming PC plugged in and i am using it right now and it is fine...

Interesting, Have you tested if it works today. I cant think of anything else maybe someone else will come in and shed some light on it.
