Question Computer only boots for a second

So I have an issue where my computer a few days ago randomly turned off and would only turn on for a couple seconds before turning off. I have had this computer for years with no problems.

I remember holding the power button for 30 seconds and trying again a day later and it worked for about an hour before windows shut down and same issue occured.

I have tried a new PSU but same issue occurs. I have reseated RAM, and made sure fans were all working but same issue.

Today I applied new thermal paste to my CPU and reset CMOS and tried again with nothing but my monitor plugged in and it got to windows user login screen but when I plugged in my keyboard/mouse it turned off again(not sure if coincidence or not) and same issue occurs.

I assume it's one of my motherboard or CPU(pins look fine on both). Is there any way to know which is more likely(or other potential problems)?

I've had all these parts for about 5 years minus both HD/SSD for 1 year and ram for 2 years
