So i recently built a new PC. PC specs can be found in the Userbench mark link here:
http://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/10017910

Added specs are Corsair H100i v2 cooler
Case: Phanteks p400s

The benchmark test is showing that my computer is running way below expectations for every part.

Now i am fairly certain i have everything wired correctly. And my RAM is in slot 2 and 4.

When i load up a game as well my PC gets extremely loud as well and the temper glass area gets pretty hot as well. But when checking temps is the corsair link software nothing seems too hot (CPU 40c GPU 70c MOBO 28-30c)

How can i get my computer performing at expectation and why does the fans get so loud?

F4-3200C16D-8GVK
Tested Speed 3200MHz
Tested Latency 16-16-16-36
Tested Voltage 1.35v

SPD Speed 2133MHz
SPD Voltage 1.20v

Memory runs at Serial Presence Detect (SPD) unless you change setting in BIOS.

PC case: Cooling System
Fan Options:
Front: 3 x 120mm or 2 x 140mm fan (1 x 120mm fan included)
Top: 2 x 120mm / 140mm fan
Rear: 1 x 120mm fan (included)

The case comes with a couple fans. If you choose not to add any additional fans, you can expect run-of-the-mill results.

Calvin,

That is not my RAM. Can see what my RAM is in the benchmark. Also i stated i have a liquid cooling solution installed in the case as well. I moved the stock front fan to a top exhaust along with the back exhaust. Since my liquid cooler can only be installed at the front of the case, i have installed as intake fan there.

My RAM is 3000MHz C15 Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO.
