Hello, I've run into an issue I've run into before. I own the Nvidia 3060ti by Zotac and around this time last year I had my computer completely power off and refuse to boot unless I swapped it with a backup GPU. Eventually I sent the GPU off, got it replaced through warranty and slotted it into my new PC after replacing the mobo and CPU. Well despite being a different GPU with all new parts the same issue happened again. Is a GPU enough to prevent a PC from booting or could this be another problem? My specs are as follows.
