Computer Powering Down Nigh on Instantly When Powering Up

So let me explain before anything, before all this my computer would restart itself when playing games of which I was getting an Event ID of 10016 so naturally I thought that was the case, but after solving that, I noticed that I was getting the Kernel Power critical error.

Now after that I thought I'd just reapply my thermal paste since I was just assuming it was a heating issue since I was hitting 45c on idle with my i5 7600k which in itself is odd I think, before it was sitting at 20c on idle, no overclock is applied since I also did a CMOS reset, everything is stock and them temps were being pulled from my motherboards bios and HWmonitor, so that's odd.

After refitting my cooler and the lot, it now just doesn't post at all and barely lasts a second, now I did some troubleshooting and I've identified that if I have not got the CPU cord plugged in, the system stays on no problem, but as soon as I plug that cable in, it will not last.

I've been told it is likely my PSU, and it could be my Mobo, and I am not too sure, there is no Mobo speaker, and no Q code so naturally I can't tell what my system is telling me, but there is also a odd symptom too, I'm not sure if it is because of a dodgy fan connector or what, because the exhaust fan, doesn't spin AT all when connected to it's sys connector below the CPU, but when connected to any other connector it works fine, So that's either related to the issue I am having or it's coincidence that that has also kicked the bucket,

I have high suspicions of it being EITHER the Mobo or the PSU, and I have no way of telling, I don't have another system to test the PSU with, all I know is that it is functional enough to run without the CPU lead being connected to the system, I have reseated everything from the GPU to the RAM, tried booting with 1 Ram stick and again, it's all the same thing when the CPU lead is connected up, any opinions on the matter would be greatly appreciated.

Specs:
CPU: I5 7600k
MOBO: Z270-A Pro
PSU: CX750m
GPU: R9 390
Cooler: Hyper 212 EVO

Well I can say that I wasn't forcing the fans connector in backwards because there is only one way it can go in haha, like I said, I used another sys fan connector and the fan worked, so it isn't like it's a faulty fan, it's just odd how that happened along side of it struggling to stay on with the CPU connected, just an oddity that I feel I should point out.

Fixed the wall of text, and yes, I checked for bent socket pins, and all is good.

Yeah, that's what I am also thinking, because them pins just don't give the fan any power now, putting it into another does make the fan spin again, so something might've shorted and as a result has affected the CPU's power socket, it would be awfully strange if my PSU was to only partially mess up only by it's CPU lead, but it might be a possibility that it could just be that?, again I am unsure, but getting a new motherboard does seem the way to go so far, unless someone could make sense of any other possibility.

Edit: Is there any way to test the CPU lead with a multimeter?
