Computer Powering On and Off

Hello! This is my first time building a computer.

I've hooked everything up, everything is 100% connected (apart from my RAM, which hasn't arrived yet).

I've tried turning the computer on, the LEDs come on and so do the fans, after about 5 seconds everything turns off (including the LED on the motherboard). There are no sounds, no beeps.

What could the issue be? Will everything start working if I connect my RAM when I get it? Thanks.


My specs:

CASE - Corsair Carbide SPEC-03
MOBO - Gigabyte Z270-HD3
GPU - GTX 1060
CPU - 2nd hand i5-6500
PSU - Seasonic S12ii 520w (just got delivered yesterday, I doubt it's the Power Supply's fault)
CPU COOLER - Cooler Master Hyper 103
HDD - 2TB Seagate

RAM (which hasn't been delivered yet) - Kingston 2x8GB DDR4 RAM

(NOTE: The only parts that I got second hand were the CPU, the HDD, and the Optical Drive. Everything else is new, and every part is still covered by it's warranty.)

It will not boot or power on without the RAM connected. Stop doing that and wait the RAM's.
