Computer randomly becoming loud.

So a couple of months ago I upgraded the Motherboard and CPU in my computer and it has been running fine from what I can tell. However, yesterday it just randomly started making a loud noise sounding like the fans were kicking into overdrive. I checked MSI afterburner and it says all my fan speeds were normal and the temps were fine. I also looked inside for any wires tapping but I couldn't find any. The only way I have found to stop it is to (and i know it sounds bad) hit my computer and then it stops momentarily. Some help would be much appreciated!

it sounds like it's coming from one of my fans. Either my back fan or the fan on my processor.

Maybe a fan cable got stuck in the fan
