Question Computer Randomly Freezes

A few weeks ago I had to replace my RX-730ss and I also decided to upgrade from my AMD FX-4170. Once I booted up with the new parts in I began experiencing freezes at random, the cursor wouldn't move and the keyboard wouldn't respond (Num Lock and such lights wouldn't change). For the last two weeks I've been trying just about anything I could find with similar symptoms, but nothing has worked so far. I ran Memtest86+ for 7 passes and there were no errors. I swapped in the old CPU back in to update bios to F7 for the new CPU. The freezes seem to occur sooner if I have multiple programs running; it will go for hours with just a twitch stream open, but recently with just my browser, Discord and Steam open it froze after about 20 minutes. Any suggestions on what to try are welcome.

My specs are:

MB: GA-970A-UD3 (rev 1.2)
CPU: AMD FX-8350
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 970
RAM: 2 G.Skill F3-12800CL10-8GBXL
PSU: EVGA 850 BQ
Storage: SanDisk SDSSDA120G

It's usually around or below 40°C when it freezes.

Edit: The last two freezes I had Core Temp up during it was at 11°C and 17°C. I forgot to mention that when it freezes I need to turn the computer off with the power button, it doesn't come out of them.

It has never frozen in safe mode.
