Question Computer Randomly "Long Beep" in speaker inside CPU when Windows Running idle

I just let's my computer idle, while i playing Wild Rift in my phone, in front my computer for 30 minutes.
The computer works and runs fine but randomly inside the computer will "long beep" about 3-7 Second.

How do i know what problem is this?

NOTES:
I lives in Indoesian if someone here lives from indonesian too, as you know electricity here often goes up and down in some areas (maybe this one relevant about my issue)

• HDD: 1x2 (500GB + 1TB) 7200RPM (Buy 31 January 2022) Status Still Green in HDD Sentinel

Hello indra i dont know if this will be of any help , i once had this happen to me and when i looked in device manage their was a yellow triangle next to the cd/dvd icon , when i looked in " this pc " the dvd/cd icon was not showing .

if this is your problem you might want to read this article.


IMPORTANT ....... i note you say your electricity supply is not reliable so i think you need to get something called a surge protector and plug all your equipment into it , worse case senario you get more power into your home than you should and everything goes bang and not just your pc.

look at this some even give a free insurance cover if the device fails
