Computer Randomly Restaring

So for 5 months now, my computer will randomly restart. There is no pattern for when it restarts. I could be watching a video, editing a document, playing a game, and it will restart. There is no message saying windows is shutting down, the screen will go black and restart with windows booting up. I went to the event viewer and it gave me Event ID: 41 with a Task Category: (63). I tested my power supply thinking that would be the issue but when tested it was fine. I also disconnected the restart connector on my motherboard in case a short in the cable would be the reason for it restarting. Still, no luck. I have no idea what to do to fix this problem.

Motherboard: Gigabyte F2A58M-HD2
CPU: AMD A8 5600k Black Edition
RAM: 8GB
HHD's: 500gb Seagate for OS, 2TB Western Digital Black for games and documents
GPU: EVGA GXT 1060 SC 6GB

I had the exact same problem! I've got an a4 6300, 4gb ram, 320gb and 640gb hdd. All I did was change the pcie power plan from balanced to preformance, and I cant remember what the other thing was, but I went from one every 2 days to one every month.

@Grobe There is no spin down from hhd or fans. I have monitored my GPU/CPU temps, CPU being around 35 Celsius and GPU being around 75 Celsius. (this was while playing Fortnite btw)
