Hello, I have this really weird problem; my computer restarts or shuts off at random times. I use this computer as a server and it is on 24/7, so it is important for it to be always on. I've tried various methods I found online. On event viewer, I see

"The process C:\WINDOWS\system32\winlogon.exe (USERNAME) has initiated the restart of computer USERNAME on behalf of user NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM for the following reason: No title for this reason could be found

Reason Code: 0x500ff

Shutdown Type: restart

Comment: "

WhoCrashed doesn't detect anything, so I assume it is not a blue screen either.

I've found out that the case power button might be the problem. I disabled the functionality of it in control panel, but the issue still persists.

I've also disabled Windows updates, and took out the side panel to see if overheating was a problem, and resetted the bios; but the issue is still there.

Here are the specs:
Ryzen 5 2600 with Kraken x62 Cooler (Not OC'd)

Gigabyte X470 AORUS GAMING 5 WIFI
Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB 2400MHz (Not OC'd)
960 EVO 250GB
Seagate BarraCuda 2TB
STRIX RX 570 (Not OC'd)
Corsair RM550x
NZXT S340 Case

This issue happens at random times; sometimes with the "shutting off" or "restarting" screen or not. Any ideas?
