Computer randomly restarts or freezes with a buzzing noise whenever I play games or watch videos

I recently bought a Ryzen 3 1300X CPU, an MSI B350M Gaming Pro motherboard and 8GB of RAM. When I booted the PC up, it worked fine for an hour or so, then it just froze with a buzzing noise. Second time I booted it up, the same thing happened. Now, it sometimes freezes and buzzes or restarts without any warning or a restarting screen whenever I play games or watch videos. I cleaned the RAM sockets, changed the RAM places, cleared CMOS and reseated the CPU and the graphics card.

Any of those 3 are great PSU's and will work great.

Will the modular model of the S12-II (M12-II) work as well?

Yes the M12ii is good, but the any of the 3 I recommended above are much better.

I found an old PSU while I was cleaning, I gave it a shot and put it in my system. The same thing was happening. Maybe it's not the PSU after all :/

What was that old PSU? It may not have been used due to it being faulty in the first place. Never skimp on a power supply unless you like to see money burn.

It's an Antec PSU that I was using before I upgraded my my system, and it was working perfectly.

You really need to get a higher quality PSU than what you have, that's not a good one.

What is available were you are?

So I have confirmed that it is a problem with the motherboard, CPU or the RAM. I checked the other parts with an old system I had, and they were working perfectly.
