Computer randomly restarts

Computer has been restarting several days now I have tried:
-replacing power supply
-checking cpu temps
-windows ram diagnostics
All drivers and windows up to date. I am out of ideas on what the problem is.

2| What PSU did you replace the previous unit with?
3| Have you made sure your motherboard BIOS is up to date?
4| Does the system reboot even when idling?

Motherboard:Gigabyte GA-78MT-USB3 6.0
Ram: 4x2gb ddr3
SSD/HDD: 128gb sandisk ssd/ 1tb seagate barracuda
GPU: XFX 4gb rx 470
PSU: Corsair cx 650 m /(upgraded from cx500)
Chassis: Sentey atx(not sure spesific model)
OS:windows 10 64-bit

-when i first got it yes but not recently
4| Does the system reboot even when idling?

-not sure about completly idle but it has restarted while im just on chrome working on an essay

i ran memtest86 through usb and I had 0 errors. Any other suggestions?
