For some reason, the past few days my computer has decided to randomly restart for no reason. Last night it decided to shut down and it refuses to reboot. When I press the power button all the lights and fans turn on but the computer does not actually boot.

I had a problem with the computer shutting down randomly when I had Office 2016 installed but the computer has now been fine for months, then this happened.

Is it a possible PSU failure?

I can't actually tell you much since I cannot turn the computer on to check but I do know the PSU is a Corsair TX750M and the motherboard is a Gigabyte GA-EX58-UD3R with an MSI GTX 770.

A Corsair TX750M.

What graphics card(s) do you have?
The motherboard was certainly good when new. How old is it? The CMOS battery may need to be replaced. Reset the BIOS to defaults with the jumper and see if it will boot.
Gigabyte used all solid capacitors on that board iirc, but I'd still look it over carefully and make sure none are cracked or splitting. Capacitors could also have failed in the PSU, which would be harder to check (do not open a PSU if you don't know exactly what you're doing; they should be shunted, but the PFC and other capacitors in a PSU can hold a potentially dangerous charge long after the PSU has been turned off).

I have an MSI GTX 770 and the motherboard is ancient. The motherboard and the RAM are the only original parts form when I bought the computer 6+ years ago. Now that I think about that is probably it.
