[SOLVED] Computer randomly started shutting down today (CPU OPT Speed fluctuating)

I built my PC back in 2013 and have never had any problems. Today it started completely shutting off. It didn't matter if I was in the BIOS or running a game. I ran a bench mark in Lord of the Rings Shadow of Mordor and it did not shut down.

I got a message from ASUS anti surge protection, which I disabled. The computer still would randomly shut off. The component temperatures are from 89-93 F when this happens.

I'm trying to figure out if it's the PSU or the CPU.

The only thing that shows up in red in the BIOS is "CPU OPT Speed" which fluctuates between "N/A" (in black text) and "309" RPM. Anything over "N/A" shows as red. Does this mean it's the CPU?
