Hi Guys,
for the last few weeks I had an issue while trying to play games, immediately after the loading screen in a bunch of different games my pc turns off and starts to reboot, although sometimes I can play for a few minutes before the PC reboots.
There were no hardware changes when this problem first occured and I did reinstall win10 in hope of fixing this issue.
I've spent the last few days trying to find a solution for this and read through a bunch of different threads.
Overheating is not the issue, CPU and GPU never went above 60°C.
I ran IntelBurnTest a few times without any issues, with furmark and AIDA64 system stability test I encountered a few reboots but only very occasionally.
I tried my GPU in my roommates computer and it was running games just fine, so I don't think this is the problem.
I think it might be an issue with my PSU, although according to AIDA 64 the volt values seem to be around the expexted value, at least to me. I can't really afford to just buy a new PSU to test if this was the problem.
I never overclocked any part of my PC.
I'm all out of ideas what to test or look for next and frankly what I did until now I was only able to do because I looked it up online, this is a little bit above my level of knowledge.
I hope I've included enough information, I'll add more if I can think of it.
Edit: Here is a screenshot of the statistics tab of the AIDA64 system stability test
And my specs are probably useful as well:
Intel i5-4590
Gfx 970
16gb ram
Mainboard: GA-H97-HD3
PSU: Coolermaster G550M
Everything is approx. 3 years old.
Does anyone know how I could move forward from here? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
