Computer resolution wrong

So after I re-installed windows 8.1 my resolution has gotten bigger, I've adjusted my resolution on display settings and I've installed my latest drivers. But everything is huge now and it is bothering me tremendously.

Well as I said, I went onto nvidias website and downloaded there drivers, it says I"m up to date on my 780 ti drivers, and I've upped the resolution to the max on display settings, thats all I've done.

Just put your monitors native resolution into Display Settings.

I believe I did. Still quite large. Much larger than before the re-install of windows

I fixed it... It was a stupid problem xD

I right clicked my screen, went into personalize, display, and it was a little bar there. Thanks for the help guys!
