Question Computer restart itself every 5s constantly after enabling secure boot

I am using msi motherboard
Having windows 11
After i went to bios to enable secure boot for the valorant's requirement. The I saved and exit the bios setting, then the computer starting restarting and keep on restarting itself every 5s endlessly. The screen doesnt even appear and I cannot even access to bios setting to undo

unplug power. take the cmos battery out for 5 min

I have tried removed the CMOS battery for amount of time then place it back again. Still it doesnt reset bios back to factory setting, the same problem still occur

Did you disconnect the power cord from the wall outlet while you removed the battery ?
