Computer restart problem

when I'm playing game or playing some high definition video then computer automatically being restart within 5-7 min. I'm using
windows-7 32bit wright now.

you need to provide more info if you require advice/input:

1. the full system specs (CPU. RAM, GRAPHICS CARD, POWER SUPPLY, OPERATING SYSTEM etc)

2. what games you are playing

3. what in-game settings are you using (e.g. low, medium, high or ultra graphic details)

4. what resolution are you playing these at (1024x768, 1600x900, 1920x1080 etc)

Mostly it would be a temperature or PSU problem, but as CPS1974 (why so hard name dude?! 😀) suggested, we need more info.
