Computer restarting after a blue distorted screen.. Please help

My computer is restarting after a blue distorted screen. I have replaced every piece of hardware besides the powersupply and the gpu which leads me to believe it is one of the two causing the problem. I was really hoping to solve the problem with a new cpu and motherboard.. see the link for what it looks like before my computer restarts. https://imgur.com/a/RG4rT

which do you think it is? do you have any suggestions on how to fix the problem without buying more new hardware?

You did not list your system specs, but most likely things are the ones you did not replace, video card or power supply not being able to run the card properly. If you are using onboard video, then RAM may be at fault.

You checked temps? Is anything overclocked, or was? Test the card in another system? You started checking on the wrong things first, for some reason you changed everything except the two most likely things to cause this issue. You have video issues, check the video card for issues with the hardware or too much heat. Then everything else.

Temps are idling on gpu around 30c, 50c under load. I was really wanting to upgrade anyways. plus my old motherboard was having usb issues so i thought maybe the motherboard was just failing in other parts as well.
