So my computer will boot for like 2 seconds then shut down. Sometimes it will make it all the way to Windows and I can even do simple task like browse the web for a minute or two, then shuts down. I thought maybe there could be a Short in my power button prompting a shut down. But if I disconnect my power button then I dont know how to turn it on lol.
Computer restarting after moving to new home, So I have no clue whats going on here, I did record and put a video on youtube here

, maybe someone could point me in the right direction.
Steps I have tried so far
1: Reseating the memory.
2: Removing GPU
3: Reset Cmos (Removing battery method)
4: Tried new RAM
5: Tried different power cords and outlets.

I'm not the most tech savvy guy. Is there anything else I could try on my own before I take my computer to a specialist?
