[SOLVED] Computer restarting itself after new part installation

I just unpacked and installed a 2080 ti and I'm encountering a problem I had with a 1080 ti I got a while ago but refunded for the issue I was having. The computer starts up normal and works fine. I could run less intensive games, but would black screen and instantly reboot after trying a more intensive things. I tested this with Unigine's Superposition benchmarker, and could run all the tests up to 1080p extreme, which would black screen and reboot as soon as the benchmark started. I want to deny that it is the GPU's fault, but the fact this has happened twice in a row makes me want to hope I won't need to refund this one.

Specs:
CPU: i9-9900k
GPU: RTX 2080 ti (GTX 970 - old)
PSU: Corsair CX750
Motherboard : Z390-A Pro
Ram: 2x8gb ddr4 + 2x16gb DDR4
Storage: BarraCuda 2TB HDD 7200 RPM + BarraCuda 500 MB HDD 7200 RPM + Intel SSD 660p

Common causes of forced restarts/shut downs:
1)Power supply.
You've got a low budget level power supply(CX750) paired with high end hardware(9900K + 1080Ti, now the 2080Ti).

2)Memory corruption, or incompatible memory.
For this, run Memtest86 free tool: https://www.memtest86.com/
It takes a few hours, so run it overnight. The results should be error-free, and without system hangs or crashes.

3)Driver corruption, usually Windows.
Back when you installed the 9900K + Z390 motherboard. If you carried over your C drive, did you reinstall Windows? Do so, if you haven't already.

Do you use Display Driver Uninstaller to remove the old graphics drivers and then install the new ones? Link: https://www.wagnardsoft.com/

4)Motherboard VRM overheating, or just just giving up under heavy load.
The 9900K is a poor match for the cheaper Z390 motherboards. It's FX-8xxx/9xxx + weak 4 phase motherboards all over again.

i am having the same problem with the same psu you got yet it might be bios issue just wrote a threat and waiting for confirmation

The problem was with the PSU. After installation I ran some benchmarks, and it didn't crash. Thank you for helping me and inadvertently teaching me about PSU's and their rating system. I wasn't aware that the Bronze rating on my CX750 was meant to show it has less output under more load. So far everything looks good and I would considered this solved. If anything else should happen I hope I get someone just as helpful as you!
