[SOLVED] Computer restarts again and again

Hi, I recently built a PC using a MSI z390i gaming edge ac but when I went to go turn it on it would turn on for a few seconds then restart over and over again. I've tried new ram reseating the GPU but nothing's worked.

Cpu Intel core i3 6100

Gpu MSI gaming GeForce gtx 1050 ti 4gb

RAM Patriot Viper Elite Series DDR4 8GB (2x4GB) 2666MHz

Power supply EVGA 450 BT, 80+ Bronze 450W

Hard drive DELL/Seagate ST1000NM0033 1TB 7200RPM

That cpu is not compatible with your motherboard. The cpu is 6th generation and the motherboard only supports 8th & 9th generation.
