My computer restarts randomly. No blue screen or like that. I bought recently new PSU Corsair VS550 so it should not be the reason.

I would return the psu for something different. The VS line is not know to be a very good one.

something in the Corsair CX***M line (the * is for a number like CX550M) Do not get a CX***, it has to have the M at the end
seasonic s12ii or m12ii
EVGA G2, G3

I guest that would be at idling? monitor the temp and runs some apps or prime95 and see what is the temp right before it restarts. If it restarts due to high temp which means you need to get better cooler.

I have the same PSU for my son system 3 months ago and been working fine.

The first question in solving any computer problem that suddenly pops up is "have you made any changes lately".
Since you changed the PSU and the problem popped up, it would be safe to assume that the new PSU is the most likely culprit. Just because it's new doesn't mean it can't fail or have problems. Put the old PSU back (if it's still working) and try again.

Actually with old psu I had bluescreens. Now the new one has solved it.

Computer temperatures default to Celsius, not Fahrenheit.

Yeah, the Corsair VS line is one of the company's few flops. Either get one of the better Corsairs like faalin said, or get something like an Antec.
