Hello everyone,

Since today, my pc has started to get unusually slow: I cant play high req games like overwatch without lagging, or even low req games like runescape. This only happens when i try to play though; I can watch videos on youtube or do anything else fine.

What i did
-I updated all my GPU drivers, uninstalled all drivers and installed them again.
-Checked memory usage on the task manager, but it doesnt seem to use more than a constant 30%
-CPU usage doesnt surpass 10%

I decided to benchmark my SSD so i used HD Tune pro, These were the results:

1. Basal

2. While running Overwatch

System Specs:
GPU: NVIDIA GTX 970
CPU: Intel Core 17-4770k 3,5GHz
SSD: Kingston HyperX Fury 240 GB SHFS37A/240G
RAM: 8Gb

Thanks in advance.

Hey there, brabomclaren.

The benchmark does seem a bit on the low side of what's supposed to be the max for that SSD model. It would be a good idea to backup your important data, just to be on the safe side. After that go ahead and download an SSD diagnostic tool and test the drive for errors. Give it a try with a different SATA port and different cables as well, to see if the same thing happens. You should also check the SSD manufacturer's website for available firmware updates for that drive model.

Hope that helps. Please let me know how everything goes.
