Computer screen freeze, sound stop, mouse and keyboard stop working too

Hi,

I just built my new computer which spec is as follows:
CPU: Ryzen 7 2700x
GPU: Gtx 1070
PSU: Evga 750 bq
Ram: 2x8go Corsair vengeance lpx ddr4 2933Mhz

My issue comes shortly after I log in my Windows10 session, the screen freeze on whatever I was doing, the sound, mouse and keyboard stop working(btw I have a custom animation on my cursor and it stop moving too)
I suspect my Gpu to be faulty but since I own a msi x470 gaming pro carbon I can't run my computer without Gpu.

Does this happen when you're using Google Chrome? Try going into its settings, select "more tools", then "clear browsing history" and cache etc as their cache store is small, so then try enlarging your cache on Google Chrome (google for methods!) I did this and it's solved the mouse/keyboard freezing thingy so I don't have to manually power down every few minutes now. Personally I now prefer Opera as a browser.
