Computer screen freezes after starting pc

So my pc is a gaming laptop and sometimes when I start my pc it goes to my mainscreen (desktop) and like my screen freezes and control panel won’t even open, my only option is to force shutdown. I try to restart and it wont still the same. But i wait like 3h and then when i come back it works perfectly and can run any game. Then some days later same thing happens and I can’t use my pc. IF SOMEONE COULD HELP ME I WOULD THANK YOU SO MUCH. Thanks for reading my long text.

So its a New pc (4 months), a Acer Aspire VX 15 with 16GB of ram and a Intel core i7-7700HQ CPU. I never droped or cleaned it. Anything else?

4 months old? then you still have warranty. If my computer would act up like you describe after only 4 months I would return and get a new one.
