Computer screen freezes while sound still plays

Anytime I'm playing Watch Dogs 2, my the game freezes but the sounds do play at the background I can hear footsteps and sounds of people cursing but nothing happens , I need help

Anytime I'm playing Watch Dogs 2, my the game freezes but the sounds do play at the background I can hear footsteps and sounds of people cursing but nothing happens , I need help

This only happens in the one game?

Need to list system specs including power supply brand and model and what you tried already if anything.

Usually crashes like this come from a failing video card, power supply or video driver issue.
