So my PC would keep scrolling down but it only happens on: YouTube volume bar (you can change the volume by scrolling), Drop-menus, it just goes to the choice at the very bottom, Spotify volume bar, the list of programs also scrolls to the bottom and the Windows News screen when you click on Start in Windows 10. So i have checked some factors. I unplugged the mouse and it kept scrolling, I unplugged the keyboard to see if some key is glitched...nothing. Input capturing software didn't show anything either. Another thing to add is that I have updated my Gtx 650 ti drivers via GeForce Experience a couple of minutes before that started to happen. Please help, I don't know what to do and it is really annoying because I cannot listen to music because whenever I change the volume it just goes up all the way on its own.

Solution
To be honest with you, I'd actually try performing a system restore prior to the date/time you upgraded your GTX drivers. Perhaps, the recent update caused uncontrollable or automatic scrolling within the keyboard and mouse. If that doesn't solve the issue, try using a USB-powered mouse (if you're using PS/2) and vice versa depending on the setup. If performing the system restore corrects the issue, attempt to update the drivers using a separate software than GeForce Experience. I hope this helps.
