Computer shuts down on boot

I have an ibuypower AMD A10-7700k Radeon R7 3.40 Ghz version in my office that keeps shutting down twice when first booted in the morning. After that it posts fine. I have run through possible software issues and driver conflicts and cannot solve this. My next step would be to replace the PSU as I have read that is a symptom of it failing. Before I do, does anyone have something I'm missing or any ideas? It has been updated to Windows 10 from 8.1. Any help would be appreciated.

99% the fault is on the PSU.

Do you have a multimeter/Voltmeter ?

I don't, but I should get one. I have a solid feeling its the PSU as well. Thanks for the reply.

Does the PSU have a fan? It probabily does,if it does take it out from the computer.

Put a paper clip between the green wire and the black and see if it works constantly. Outside of the computer.

I replaced the PSU and still the problem continues.

So the problem is on the 1% chance.

1. Open the case, can you see the BIOS / CMOS battery? (http://stockarch.com/files/11/04/lithium_bios_battery.jpg)

Take it out and put it in again (You will need to put the date and time on your pc again , no worries though.

I removed the CMOS battery and put it back in and reset to default the bios settings. It still is shutting down. I did not have to reset the time/date, so I'm wondering if I didn't leave it out long enough, or it resets automatically.

You need to take off the power out of the pc, as well as the cmos battery.

Ok, completely reset the bios and it's still shutting down.
