I just finished uninstalling, cleaning out my components, and reinstalling them(it just restarted while I was writing this). There were no problems before, but now, it shuts down after 5-20 mins of use. I checked my system logs on windows and all it says is 'The previous shut down at 12:41:14 was unexpected. Doubt it is my PSU, just got a gold rated one about 4 or 5 months ago. The motherboard was replaced 6 months ago. The entire setup is about 1 1/2 years old. Specs are:
MSI GeForce GTX 960 2GB Video Card
AMD FX-6300 3.2GHz 6-Core Processor
Kingston HyperX Fury Blue 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Sandisk Solid State Drive 128GB 2.5" Solid State Drive(I Startup on this)
Some Corsair 500X Gold rated PSU 530W I think
MSI 760GMA-P34(FX) Micro ATX AM3+ Motherboard
Corsair SPEC-01 RED ATX Mid Tower Case

Also, sometimes fans spin up super quick after starting up when it shuts down, then will slowly go back to normal speeds.

Thanks in advance!

Solution
Try reseating your RAM and CPU. Did you reapply thermal paste or did you even remove it to clean? You could also clear your CMOS.
Since everything was working correctly before the teardown, I'd retrace all your steps. Make sure all the power connections are connected well. Also, what are your temps like. Did you remove the the CPU cooler in your cleaning? If so, is it possible you applied to much or to little thermal compound?
