Question Computer shuts down when stress is introduced

I upgraded to AMD RYZEN 7 3700X 8-Core 3.6 GHz on a ASUS AM4 TUF Gaming X570-Plus with the Cooler master AIO cooler. Every time i try to play a game or stress test the pc it shuts down. i've done a few tests, Memtest86, HWmonitor, and even passed a bench on Valley Benchmark. HWmonitor, Valley Bench, and 4 passes on the Memtest86 with 0 errors.
