I bought a Geforce 210 (Old was a Geforce 9200 built in) so after a few weeks it was working fine but then if my computer is on after a few hours or so it shuts off, it keeps doing this and the time keeps getting shorter. It does not completely shut off the fans are spinning but the monitor goes to no signal then the PC restarts. I tried cleaning the fan to see if that was the problem but no. Please help thanks.

PC Specs:
Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit PSI
4GB Ram DDR 2
AMD Athlon7450 2.4Ghz

Solution
probably need a new power supply. im having the same issues. swap it out with a high quality one that has enough wattage and see if that fixes the problem

i think thats a non-standard power supply form factor. its only 220w which is very low you, but the card says only 35w, im sure it needs a little more juice. You could pick up an aftermarket power supply that might fit. Ebay has some that are made the same form facter and are 300w but are off brand and not sure if they are any good. flex form factor might fit also. good luck!
