Question Computer Shutting Off

Since I bought my PC coming up to one year ago now, it sometime randomly shuts off and can take a while before I am able to turn it back on again, not sure what it is. The lights on the motherboard stay on but everything else like fans etc switch off. My specs are below:
Ryzen 7 3800x
5700 XT 50th Anniversary
16 GB RAM
750W Power Supply (not sure of the make off the top of my head but will find it if this is necessary)
Currently running the 21.8.1 of AMD drivers
