Computer skips BIOS

My computer skips the bios screen (I know I can press F or DEL) to get into the BIOS but I want to know how to fix it.Also I cant change the hz of my monitor because it skips the apply button.Please if someone knows how to fix this please answer my question, thanks.

reset BIOS should help, removing CMOS battery for 1 min before putting back. Turn off your psu first.
Or use jump bridge if available.

I've tried that a good few times and nothing happens,also I punched my monitor a couple of weeks ago and the turn on button broke because the cable came unplugged could this be the reason?

I tried my old tv and that worked and the bios screen came up so I don't understand whats happened,also my monitor I punched works,but my broken Monitor all ways used to show up the bios and now it doesn't so I don't know why?

somehow the input lane got damaged somehow... Get a new monitor and don't punch!!!
