computer start ups while sleep

as the title says, sometimes when i put my computer to sleep it suddenly starts up and the fans start to go crazy, the screen doesn't turn on and if I move the mouse or press anytthing it goes back to sleep and THEN wakes up as normal.

You need to provide a little more information about your system.

Suspending a system requires a careful cooperation between hardware, firmware, and software.

You should provide your operating system, it's version, the motherboard model, the cpu model, and check that motherboard ("chipset") drivers are installed and updated to the best version available.

Also is good practice to state whether or not you are using a legacy BIOS or UEFI, and if UEFI, whether you are booting in native EFI mode, or using a compatibility support module.

I couldn't check everything yet but I got this using CPU-Z:
CPU: AMD FX-8320
Mtherboard: Asustek M5A99FX Pro R2.0
Chipset: RD9x0

I didn't understan the legacy thing but on the BIOS part of CPU-z it says:
Brand: American Megatrends Inc
version: 1503
Date: 01/11/2013

Your BIOS is the cause. It's severely out of date, and one of the updates since then addresses your issue.

Download this and install the new BIOS.
