Computer Starts Partway, Displays BSOD, Then Restarts In An Endless Loop

Hello, I have recently had a problem where when I start up my computer it boots partway then displays a BSOD for a split second then restarts. This problem occurred after I have installed a new 120mm fan because the bearings in my old one were going bad. I have tried Startup Repair but it has came up with no issues. It would be great if someone could please help me with this issue ASAP!

Graphics Card: Evga Geforce Gt 740
Powersupply: Evga 500 Wtt.
Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate x64

I have figured out how to actually see the BSOD all i had to do was go into the safemode menue then hit "Disable Automatic Restart After Error"
