After a major upgrade I've had problem after problem. I upgraded the psu, gpu, cpu, and motherboard. I connected everything I started it up and everything seemed like it was working (with every fan and led running) but I got no beep from the speaker and no display. I checked if any dvi cable was loose and it wasn't. I opened the case to see if anything I missed and I did miss the pwr_fan I connected a connector the connector that fit. I started the computer again but this time it started for a slight second and crashed, so I unplugged that immediately. Then I started the computer again with the case panel off to see what wasn't working, I saw that the fans on the gpu wasn't spinning. So I plugged in the pci-e cable that was located on psu into another slot, it still didn't work then I plugged in another pci-e cable and repeated the same process as with the other cable. I then plugged the gpu into the other pci16x slot on the motherboard it didn't work and still didn't work with any pci-e cable. I then switched the new gpu with my old gpu that didn't need any external power. When I turned on the pc and the card's fan ran in both pci16x slots but still got no speaker beep or display. So either the psu is bad or the graphics card. But also I'm thinking it might be the mother board because with both gpu's there was still no display or speaker beep, also I checked if the ram was bad and it wasn't. So I have no idea whats up whether its a bad psu, gpu, or motherboard.

Yes, the motherboard is a great piece of equipment built by one of the most well-known motherboard makers out there, Gigabyte. On the other hand, Raidmax makes good periphials, there power supplies are in the lowest category for PSU's and especially since you are running crossfire... Grab the one I mentioned in the link.

I know the motherboard is made by a good company but do you think my motherboard is d.o.a.?

Not at all actually. I'm telling oyu... it's that PSU... and i'm sure others will agree..

The power supply is definitely a problem. They are ticking time bombs and will take out other components when the die.
It may or may not be the cause of the no display problem.
You still have not stated if you have a case speaker or piezo speaker attached to the motherboard.
Bios beep codes or lack of, are your first line of diagnostics.
