Hello, recently my 120gb SSD I originally used for my OS died, so I switched my OS (w10) to my 500gb other SSD. On startup I still get the Rapid Storage Technology Error, but when I try to launch from any of my SSD/HDDS OTHER than the SSD that broke it doesnt launch and says it doesnt detect it.

I do not know why. The 120gb SSD is formatted and empty, but if I dont have it installed or if I launch from the ACTUAL SSD (500gb one) that has my OS on it AT the moment, it doesnt detect it?

Also once in awhile it randomly "ejects" my SSD with the Rapid Storage Technology then I need to restart my computer a few times to get it to redect my broken 120gb SSD. I do not know why I need it for startup if it is EMPTY.

Sorry if it's confusing. Not Sure why it is doing this.

Thanks.

OK, if I am reading... your boot drive, as pictured it Disk2

The SSD you want to use is Disk1

and Disk0 is an HDD for storage

You do see the 3 partitions on Disk1, to reuse this drive properly, you'll need to remove all 3 partitions, then format the whole drive. What are you going to use it for?

I have 3 drives in my machine... 256GB SSD for Boot, a 3TB HDD for Profile data and random programs, and a 256GB SSD for Games.

So I must format and delete all PARTITIONS on the failed drive for it to stop thinking that it's the SSD with my OS on it?

(E) is the broken SSD that I dont want, and Games one (C) is the new one with my OS on it.
