Computer Stuck At The "Press Del or F2 for bios screen"

My computer just this week started showing me signs of an issue, as it stopped booting up super fast. It usually just went straight past the "Press Del or F2 for bios screen" but now it doesn't. It will boot past it, but only when I click the restart button on my case. I do have an SSD, which is almost full.

I have seen this happen when the BIOS battery starts dying. I would change that first.

Well....that kind of leads me to believe that there's a better chance that it's not that....but still....I see this pretty often....and a battery change out is cheap and easy....and maybe you got a bum battery.

Someone please help me out. Also, I should mention that when the "Press Del or F2 for bios screen" comes up, it's completely frozen, pressing either buttons doesn't work.
