Computer stuck at Windows startup (Probably SSD)

I have had my SSD for a year now and now it's starting to have problems. The SSD is an Kingston SVP200S360G. It's really weird what happens when I try to start my PC. Sometimes it will startup just fine. Most of the time though it won't. It will just go to the screen that says "Starting Windows". After I wait at that screen it flashes shortly an empty blue screen and tries to restart the PC again and suggests to launch startup repair. But when it does startup normally it works just fine. The problem is only with startup when I succesfully get to Windows there is no problem anymore. Is the drive dying, or is there something I could do?

I also tried running CrystalDisk, but I really didn't understand much of it. Here's a screenshot of it anways: http://puu.sh/espUP/2946385929.png

Start in Safe Mode (F8 per http://windows.microsoft.com/en-au/windows/advanced-startup-options-including-safe-mode#1TC=windows-7) and do a Computer Repair.

If that doesn't fix it, try again but do a Last Known Good Configuration (Syetm Restore) - back to before the problems started.

If they don't fix it, you might need to do a complete Windows re-install per http://windows.microsoft.com/en-au/windows/installing-reinstalling-windows#1TC=windows-7

I have already tried all of those. I just recently formatted and did a complete re-install of Windows. And nothing helped.

Yea, I think it might be the only choice I have left anymore. Will confirm after I get a replacement, I have already ordered an SSD.
