Computer stuck on splash screen?

Hello, I haven’t used my pc for a few days and have not interfered with it or touched it until now. I recently tried booting It up and it would only remain on for a few seconds. After unplugging it it remained on however my monitor is not detecting a signal. It has now begun to freeze on the beginning loading screen gigabyte with del bios setup / q-flash f9 system information f12: boot menu end q-flash and when I try and interact with these commands or factory reset nothing happens this is not a problem due to my keyboard. Thank you for any help

first remove gpu and try with onboard to monitor also if you could try another psu this one could be out .

That's a generic PSU, I would replace that with a good quality PSU.

Hi I noticed that when I opened my pc that the graphics card fan was not spinning is this important or relevant at all?

I also tried to connect the monitor to the motherboard and it made no difference

no signal from onboard even with gpu out of system then you have to check psu also did you check the cable and monitor on another system .

Managed to fix it by leaving my computer plugged in however not on overnight

you means the system is always under power all the time then check psu .
