Question Computer Stutters Randomly

This only occurs when i first start up my computer for around 2 minutes then it goes away for around a hour or two, when im installing drivers or when installing any application (most likely the drivers for that application) this is really annoying and i don't know what to do. The only thing I can think of is when I dropped my ssd which was my boot drive and after i started up my computer a lot of personal files were corrupt saying prompts like "you need permission to open this file".

what the cpu/gpu temp and usage during the issue?
what the ram/ssd/hdd usage during the issue?

So I put my computer to sleep mode before I go to sleep, and when I wake up the computer again it'll still do it. The usages are low and normal and nothing spikes. check this picture too http://prntscr.com/ono125 I dont know what DPC Latency is but it shows faults in drivers.
