If you do more productivity than gaming, go for the 3700x and rtx 2060 or 1660ti

Windows is a toy suitable for gaming only and you do not much game or work when you have tons of problems seen here. When you build a PC, buy components with a long warranty, good build quality and bios support. Asus is the best choice for motherboards and craphics cards.
