Computer taking too long to boot before loading windows

Many of you people suggesting to boot in safe mode but the problem is that computer take a lots of time to get there , change boot order or whatever its in your bios so that computer will firstly look in hardrive for a OS . problem is that it search for OS in wrong place and that is optical drive or a usb drive if attached (and select as first priority in bios) so change it to hard drive
