Question Computer turn on when plug is turn on

I have just finished building a computer that has windows server 2019 installed, but when the plug on the wall is switched on, it turns the computer on without me touching the power button.

Bios option. Its worded differently depending on the motherboard, but it's an option to make sure a PC starts up after a power failure without someone having to physically press the power button.

What are the options under restore ac power loss? If you turn off the system does it just turn on again or do you have to cut the power then switch it on to have the computer turn on? Do you shut it down properly? You should also make sure you wired the power and reset buttons correctly to the motherboard.

Thanks for your reply, the manual layout for the motherboard is attached. I have put it in the top two on the right.

If I turn the system off it stays off, but when I turn the wall plug of and back on it turns the computer on without touching the power button.

The options under the Ac power loss below. the computer is shut down properly and I don't think the case has a reset button.
